Lots of Gifts, we must have been good ! ! !

What a big present

Just kidding...

It's Lily!

Eli got a cool stool that Grandma Meeks made.

Turns out Eli likes the paper better that the gifts.

Meeting in Madison with Uncle Chris and Aunt Sara

George, Bibi, Mike and the kids drove to Madison to visit with Chris and Sara to have lunch and swap secret Santa gifts. I had to work but it looked like everyone had a great time.

Sara, Chris and Eli

My two favorite baldies :)

Chris, Sara and Lily

Chris and Sara: If you are reading this blog... when I was putting Lily to bed she started to cry. I asked her what was wrong and between sobs she said that she was upset because she forgot to ask Uncle Chris how the kitties were doing. And where they were staying. Don't worry she forgot all about in the morning :)

Going for a ride

Lily: "Eli, hold on!"

Eli: "Put down the damn camera and come and get me!"

Holiday Baking

My mom, Lily and I did our Christmas baking this weekend while it snowed, snowed and snowed some more outside. Turns out Lily loves to eat while she bakes. About 2 hours in she said, "Mom, I have a belly ache". And I only told her about 10 times if she ate to many Hugs she would have a tummy ache. I'm starting to think moms are really smart but no one believes them...well at least not until their kids are in their 30s.

Lily made these all by herself. Move over Martha - Lily's comin' to town!

Such a hard worker.

Holiday Photo Shoot

So this year for our Holiday cards I wanted to get a few nice pictures of the kids, nothing special may both of them looking the same direction, no one crying, no one blowing raspberries... you know just a normal picture. Yeah right, like those pictures ever happen!!!

Well we got a few cute ones for the Christmas card but here are a few of the ones that did not make it :)

I think she just spotted baby Jesus in the wooden spoon.

This is the disappointed face of a little brother who just realized that his big sister ate all of the frosting off the spoon.

This ones my favorite!

YUM!!

Eli had his first taste of 'real' food...sweet potatoes.

He ate them all and did a great job.

The Best Christmas Tree EVER!

We went to the tree farm this weekend to find the perfect Christmas tree. Lily thought we should get the biggest (or one of the biggest) trees to take home. Turns out 3 year olds not so good with sizes!

Lily helping me trim the tree. She did a great job.
